We offer a variety of programs, from an icebreaker session, through a fully customized, multi-day program which addresses the specific needs of your group. This page offers a quick overview of the programs we have described on our website, as well as a little information about other products and services we offer.

TeamBoosters offers a short program to energize a full agenda. Our facilitators lead you through activities designed to teach teamwork and leadership which don’t require a long time commitment.

TeamChallenge module can range from a one day, awareness-building session to a multi-day, adventure filled challenge for your team.  A thorough needs assessment will insure your Team Challenge experience is targeted on real-world issues and the challenges your team faces.  Team Challenge will enable your work group to capitalize on the benefits of truly working as a team.

Merging Corporate Cultures helps companies merging work through issues that arise from their differences. Culture is a unique, deeply entrenched part of the fabric of each organization. The rub comes when you attempt to bring very different cultures together.  Not being attentive to cultural differences can lead to conflict, power struggles, low productivity, turnover and even sabotage of the integration effort. Therefore, it is critical to have a well thought out plan to effectively combine the current cultures of the parties into a new culture that captures the best of both. The Leadership Challenge is a two to three-day workshop designed to improve the leadership capability of an organization or business.  A thorough needs assessment ensures The Leadership Challenge experience is targeted on real-world issues and the challenges your leaders face.  Your business will gain from the enhanced skills your leaders will bring to the task of improving business performance.

Champions for Change helps organizations facing any major change. The technical side of change is tangible and predictable. Leaders typically are comfortable with hard skills such as planning, scheduling and budgeting. But the people side of change is often uncomfortable and challenging. Most unsuccessful initiatives fail because we don't put enough effort into the human side of change. The good news is that there are proven techniques and skills available to attend to the human side of the equation. Champions for Change focuses on three key entities in the change process - the change leader or “Champion", the organization undergoing change and the individuals being asked to change.
