Meeting Facilities
Our exclusive use policy means our gorgeous
meeting facilities, lodge, and cabins are available only to you
and your group at any time during your stay. The main meeting
room in our conference center is comfortably appointed with
leather, ergonomic executive chairs, knotty pine paneling, and
a massive stone fireplace. The natural light helps participants
stay energized and refreshed, without the psychological drain
of artificial lighting. The tranquil woodland and pond
views provide a far more comfortable environment for learning
than found in more conventional meeting facilities.
Use of our facilities includes continuous coffee service and
break snacks. This means that coffee and tea will be available
any time you are in meetings. We have much of the AV equipment
you will need for your meetings, and it is also included and
available to you whenever it is needed. 
Besides the main meeting room in the conference center, we have several other rooms and spaces, including a couple in the lodge, which you may use for smaller break-out sessions. The living room of the lodge provides a wonderful and inviting space for informal meetings and fireside chats. Because you have exclusive use of the property, there is never a conflict with another group, never other guests using the facilities, and all of these spaces are available to you at any time.
Both the lodge and the conference center offer broadband WiFi.
