Challenge Course Information
We are very proud of our extensive high and low
challenge courses. Groups find them a valuable tool for
teaching participants about leadership, teambuilding, and
facing one's fears. Programs on the challenge
course bring participants outside of their usual paradigm
of position, politics, and work relations. It puts them in a
place, mentally and emotionally, where they can see their
reactions to stress without the framework of their beliefs
about who they are within their world. The shared experience
also opens the participants to create a bond with one
another, bringing a sense of team to a group.
Low Challenge Course
Our low challenge course includes ten problem solving
elements tucked in a grove of pine trees. The permanent
elements include multiple trust fall platforms, two spider
webs, hole in space, team tension traverse, wall, nitro
crossing, and a the wild woozey.
High Challenge Course
In addition to our permanent low challenge elements,
we have four high elements designed and built by
Byron Bridges. These challenges are standard in the industry,
and lend themselves well to facilitators who work on different
courses throughout the country. Our high course elements
are a 40 foot climbing wall, on which three participants ascend
together, a high Y, and a quantum leap, which is also commonly
called a pamper pole. Our new 700 foot zip line takes
participants on an unbelievable ride through the ponderosa pine
tree forest.
We offer a range of facilitation on our courses, from simply staffing and running the course to fully integrated learning programs to interpret the experience and apply it to a work or group environment.
