Banquets and Day Meetings
When the ranch is not otherwise booked with conferences and retreats, we are available for banquets and day meetings. The lodge or the conference center is yours alone, and provides a memorable setting for your event. The lodge offers an inviting space to spend an evening with friends or co-workers. The living room, with its massive stone fireplace, brings people together for conversation and mingling. After dinner, the upstairs pool and poker tables are also available. The conference center is an exceptional meeting facility, and can be used for social events, as well.
All meals are served buffet style, in our lodge dining room. In planning your event, you will order two entrée choices from our banquet menu. There is no need to ask your participants in advance which they would like, they may choose as they go through the buffet line. Vegetarians are always expected, and there will be an alternate entrée available for them. Menu prices for dinner range from about $32-$38 per person. As an alternative, mid-morning brunch is also available for $18 per person.
At Rock Springs Guest Ranch, we serve only Country Natural Beef. This hormone free, organic beef is produced by independent ranchers in the Northwest, and is unsurpassed in flavor and tenderness.
During the holiday season, from November 27th until about December 20th, the lodge is decorated, and many companies return year after year to celebrate the season with each other in our welcoming lodge.
The conference center is sometimes available for events and day
meetings, as well. We are not able to serve full meals in this
building, but hors d’oeuvres, snacks, and continental
breakfasts are available.
