Dude Ranch Weddings

wedding-vert2.jpgCongratulations on your upcoming celebration! We host a few beautiful weddings each year. Should you choose Rock Springs Ranch for your event, you can rest assured your wedding will be the utmost priority for our staff. Our wedding coordinator will assure that every detail is attended to, and we will do our very best to make your wedding dreams come true.

Most weddings at Rock Springs are a full weekend event, and follow this general outline: Friday afternoon guests arrive and check into their cabins. Most of your guests will be responsible for covering the cost of their accommodations although you may consider picking up the tab for your wedding party. After the rehearsal, we serve the rehearsal dinner. Saturday morning we serve breakfast (or brunch) to those guests staying on property. Following the wedding, (here or at the church) we cater the reception with either extensive hors dí oeuvres or a full meal. Sunday morning we invite your guests to join the newlyweds for breakfast or brunch, and then your guests depart!

Facilities

Rock Springs Ranch is ideal for weddings because we offer exclusive use of the property to your party; there will not be any other guests or events on the property for the whole weekend. You will find the ranch to be the perfect setting for a personal, intimate wedding for up to about 100 guests.

Food

Our chef specializes in fine northwest cuisine served in our traditional ranch style. Select your menus, and we will do the rest. We have a broad range of menu options to put together the event that fits both your style and budget. Special menu requests can be accommodated on an individual basis.

Activities

There are many activities you may wish to incorporate into your wedding weekend here at Rock Springs Ranch such as horseback riding, gourmet barbeque, and a campfire. Keep in mind that some of these activities are weather dependent.

Size

Rock Springs Guest Ranch has the size capability to accommodate a maximum of 100 people for your wedding and reception during seasons when the weather keeps us indoors. We have cabins to house about 50 people for the weekend. Our tastefully appointed cabins feature knotty pine paneling in a rustic yet comfortable atmosphere. Please refer to our room rates and cabin descriptions for more information.

Minimum Billing

We have required minimum billing amounts for weddings, which are adjusted seasonally. These minimums are for the total of facility charges, food, beverage, and all other charges for Rock Springs products or services. Room charges for both Friday and Saturday night might be paid by wedding guests, rather than be included in the master bill, but would be credited to the minimum nonetheless. In other words, these minimums do not automaticly include anything. You build your own package including facilities, food, beverage, etc.wedding-horz2.jpg

Not included toward the minimum are charges from other companies that are either billed through Rock Springs or paid directly. This includes such things as equipment rentals and photographers services. Also not included are room tax and 15% service gratuity.

"The smell of Juniper and pine outside, the crackling of the fire in the big stone fireplace in Rock Springs' lodge, this was the setting for our daughter's wedding. It was her dream wedding. A big advantage for me, the mother-of-the-bride, is that Rock Springs did all the work. They have a great organizational plan, done in detail, of what they take care of. There was super follow through. The lodge looked nice. The chairs were all set up. The food was the best; all the guests commented on it. "
